When go to the restroom, go there to have a bowel movement. Don't take any reading material in there, because that keeps you in there longer. Piles are like extra skin or inflammation that accumulates around your anus. That area can become itchy or painful to touch or movement.

The other exercise that you can do is an anus exercise. Do this by pushing down like you are going to the bathroom and then pull back. Do this for a few minutes.
